Brown sugar / Isle Amore

Total bill with taxes 6105/-  Interior  The cafe boasts a minimalist design, with bright decor and a lovely touch of green plants. The space is well-lit by natural light streaming through large windows. Staff  Polite and well-mannered. 📝 We visited around 2 PM and stayed indoors for the air conditioning, but it became quite hot within an hour from where we sat at hall I guess.  4⭐️GREEN POWER DETOX  750/-  A refreshing drink made with spinach, parsley, cucumber, pineapple, and lime juice, lightly sweetened with kithul treacle. It had a slight spinach aftertaste, but I would order it again for its health benefits. 4⭐️BRAZILIAN LEMONADE  850/- (lassi)  The menu described it as a blend of fresh lemon, coconut milk, and condensed milk. However, it tasted more like a lemon LASSI, possibly made with yogurt and lemon. It was pleasant, but I'm not a fan of lassi. 4⭐️BEEF BIRRIA SANDWICH 2400/- Tender beef braised in a spicy Mexican-inspired broth, topped with melted mozzarella, and serve

BLOOMING BREAKFAST - Bar and cafe

All day breakfast spot and more!  Interior - 5⭐️ Staff - 4⭐️ they get a tad bit excited in a good way.  4⭐️BLUE MOON (2530/-) was more of purple 🤓 This vibrant smoothie blends blueberry, banana, and bee honey with yogurt. Rich in antioxidants, it's the perfect creamy and chilled recovery drink. Detoxifying and delicious! 5🤩 GAMBAS POT 6450/- MUST TRY Six enormous grilled king prawns are served with fresh chilies, garlic butter, and a rich lemon coconut sauce that is flavorful without being spicy. Adding a side of carbs would have elevated this dish, so we requested some steamed rice. Despite my preference for spicy food, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The dish also comes with a side of freshly cut salad featuring sweet capsicum, sweet potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and zucchini, all drenched in lemon butter. However, the amount of oil used was excessive.  📝 Do consider reducing the oil.  4⭐️SEAFOOD MARINARA (5100/-) You can choose fettuccine instead of penne pasta, which is tossed with

4🌟Sapporo/ Japanese cheese cake 1250/-  Discover the 'Plain Jane' of desserts.  It’s the butter cake of Japan!  light and fluffy Japanese cheesecake boasts a subtly sweet, dense flavor nice for the evening, who fancy a simple single flavor.   4🤩YUZU MATCHA 1880/-  This Yuzu Matcha is refreshingly unique, boasting a dairy-free blend perfect for sultry days. The vibrant yellow-green hue is visually appealing, and the drink balances honey's sweetness with the tartness of citrusy yuzu, evoking aromas of rosemary, grapefruit, or perhaps passion fruit. Served with abundant ice, soda, and pure matcha, it's a splendid choice for those with a taste for the unconventional. 5🤩Mocha 1100/- (MUST TRY)  Mochas – The term “mocha” means a mixture of coffee and chocolate. Mochas originated in Yemen, and they contain a pleasant chocolate flavor. This coffee is generally sweet and is served with a layer of milk on top  5⭐️Tiramisu Cake (1400/-) A soft vanilla cake, perfectly soaked w

5 🤩Complimentary Bread  They offer complimentary freshly baked rough-cut slices with balsamic vinegar and olive oil, which paired perfectly with the bread. The crust had a slight bitterness, while the oil and vinegar added a tangy touch that left us wanting more. 4⭐️Penne Arrabbiata – 2700/- (with added prawns – 1100/-) Bronze-dye penne dressed in a spiced tomato sauce, with a subtle sourness that grows on the palate. However, I didn't notice any fresh basil as mentioned in the menu. 2⭐️Campari Spritz – 2900/- This drink was dreadful; I will never order it again. I dislike bitter alcohol, and this mix of Campari and Prosecco, which should have sweet notes with plain soda, tasted off. It seemed like it was mixed with tonic water instead, leaving a bitter aftertaste reminiscent of childhood fever medicine. 5🤩Ravioli Ricotta – 3500/- (MUST TRY) Homemade ravioli stuffed with creamy spinach and ricotta, drizzled with a luscious butter and sage sauce topped with Grana Padano. Brightly lit and featuring a play area for kids with various toys and activities, this space aims to evoke nostalgia with its old Sinhala songs reminiscent of an old Kade. Staff Are nice and welcoming  3.5 ⭐️  Salmon Cheese Sandwich (700/-)  A basic sandwich served hot, with the perfect amount of spice. Although the cheese was hardly noticeable, I'll definitely order this again. 4.5 ⭐️  Latte (650/-)  A perfectly crafted, regular latte without sugar. It’s just right. 4 ⭐️  Coconut Latte (750/-)  I initially thought this would be made with coconut milk, but it’s a regular latte topped with desiccated coconut flakes. Slightly sweeter than the regular latte, it's pleasant but not something I’d order again. 3⭐️Club Sandwich – 1000/- The fries accompanying the sandwich had an unpleasant aftertaste, suggesting that the oil used for frying was subpar. The sandwich itself fell short of a true club sandwich. While it featured multiple layers, the meat—possibly chicken or tuna flakes—was
