Srilankan airlines, business class

  Well we had excess points so we ended up going to Chennai for a quick shopping spree,  and the best surprise was that we traveled in Business class  as soon as we boarded we were served juices like apple or orange,  coffee or tea or an alcoholic beverage  i opted for Champaign but i do comply that the Champaign i had Serenediva lounge was much better for me.   It was not a smooth take off, we went in a A320, still after covid19 in two years this is my first flight out of the country. Therefore to see this view and the excitement of traveling was good enough. I opted for lamb kofta, as a child coming from a Hindu culture, i didn't find meat fascinating, so as i grew up in my late 30's after i started to mingle with a few international friends, they intrigued me enough try these meat items. although i would say this is not a snake or a cockroach to boast eating about, nevertheless its different and i am still getting use to the texture and flavors.    Description: Lamb Kofta  p

Serenediva lounge - Srilankan airlines

After the COVID, this was my first opportunity to go abroad, and it was to Chennai. Although I was a little disappointed, given the economic crisis that Sri Lanka was through, I was grateful for the opportunity to travel. As a business class traveler, we had access to the Serenediva lounge, but it was unclear which lounge we should have used because there were two with the same name. (Clearly, we were meant to go to the Sri Lankan Airlines lounge; One World was using the other) When compared to the imposing doors of the One World Room, the little lounge didn't appear very inviting when we entered. A stewardess welcomed us and requested us to make ourselves comfortable after checking our boarding passes. There was no one at the bar or to seek assistance from aside from the waitress at the entryway. Essentially, all we had to do was go exploring on our own, which is precisely what we did.
