We have been experiencing Cinnamon group of hotels and their food for quite some time. decided to follow up on the their menu as well :D 4/5* NIGHT OWL BUFFET - LKR 2825.07      This midnight buffet had most Srilankan food, the spread was quite minimal. Its midnight buffet, so keep the expectations low.  what they served - string hoppers, kiribath (milk rice) and mini roast paan were the mains  Curries - Egg curry was fab!  Fish curry - chunk of boneless fish similar to the egg curry  Dhal was all right  Chicken curry - good, considered to be spicy but as a srilankan it was not.  variety of local condiments - pol sambol (spicy and perfect) pol mallum, good, lunumiris, seenisambol    Dessert - basic flavored Ice cream (strawberry and chocolate) Mini Kimbula banis ( mini crocodile buns) fresh and crunchy (try this with a dash of the blueberry compote / or strawberry ice cream)  fresh fruits vanilla clustered and blueberry compote was my fav! New year dinner for 4 pax without taxes - 50,000/- (12,500 per person)  It was undoubtedly a crowded evening at the Central Cafe in Shangila. We had booked appointments to eat there during the celebrations for the new year.
