3.5⭐️Not Philly Chicken and Cheese Toasty - LKR 1260 Why is this called that why???🤔 It had the right amount of spice and cheese. The berad ofcourse is a bit on the dense.  Price wise I don’t mind having this again

🤩Spicy tuna Maki LKR 1910/- 8pc  This was very good. They had a spicy tuna extra on top of the maki also. Which I have not seen at any-other place. 🤩Highly recommend!  3⭐️Beef noodle soup, Classic LKR 2210/-  Clean soap, but as my daughter said, it’s like “mungatta” soup because the broth had more bean sprouts Flavor than the beef. So clean broth with shredded beef, a good amount of vermicelli noodles with lots of beans sprouts and they had that weird sweet mint leaf which really put me off.  honesty, but I don’t think I’ll order this again.

Prawn biryani 2250/- 🔥🥵 Waiter : do you wanted chattinad or dindugal?  Me: which is the spiciest ?  Waiter : dindugal (and oh boy was it SPICY)  So I can handle a lot of heat but this Spice was unique that it’s stays on your tongue for quite a bit of time.  I won’t order this again 🫣 FUN FACT  Dindigul and Chettinad biryanis are both known for their spiciness, but they achieve it through different approaches.  Dindigul biryani uses a combination of green chilies and black pepper, often including a variety called Nambiyur gundu chillies or boriya chillies , to deliver a robust heat. Chettinad biryani, while also using green chilies, relies more heavily on a complex blend of ground spices, including dried red chilies, and a wider array of aromatics to create a layered spiciness.   Gulab Jamon 580/- for 3 pcs    Usually, the cardamom is only added into the sugar syrup, so it gives a subtle flavor, but in this jamon, it was in the flour. ...

I like Dining at Cinnamon life now and interior design for this hotel was pretty simple, but the entrance was quite grand and it has a private space like with two dining tables in the corner, like a attic with a breathtaking view 🤩Champaran Meat (D) 4800/- (MUST TRY)  mustard spiced mutton curry, chilli, garlic Mutton was so soft and well cooked with all the amount of correct spice. I’m not. Big fan of non veg! But I got convinced to have this!  MASKA PANEER MASALA  3800/-  Tomatoe Based but I found the taste like soybean than paneer. Still the gravy was a perfect balance.  🤩DALMAKHAN      2800/-  was the star of the show for a vegetarian dish! So smooth and like a rich soup!  🤩Churma Ladoo, Rabdi LKR 1700/- MUST TRY whole wheat flour dumplings, edible gum, raisin, condensed milk  First look, you felt like it was such a plain laddu, but actually when I bit into it, it had good amount of cashew almonds...

Dragon fli - love bar

Well there use to be a Japanese restaurant below love bar which is not re branded with a new menu as dragon fli  Nice atmosphere but the waiting time for a food on a Wednesday slow night was a tad bit long for pasta! More than 20 min I would say  🤩 Cheesy pasta 3500/- (MUST TRY)  which was not on the menu, we requested vegetarian as we got this dish! So satisfying and the perfect amount of creaminess See breeze pasta 3500/- (MUST TRY)  This was tomato based, but I’ve hardly felt the tomato taste was more of tomato, cream base and again perfect blend of tomato cream and a bit of spices  

La crème

 These are desert ice cream  Via pick me order  Bubble gum ice cream cake 900/-  Surely smelled of heavy bubblegum. Digging into it was quite hard and thick, and it was quite sticky like it was full of fructose or corn syrup sticky. I was very doubtful that it will melt in my mouth, but to my surprise it did.  Will I order this again? No if it wasn’t for alarming texture of the ice cream I’ll give it a 2/5⭐️ Lemon ice cream cake 900/-  This cake on the other hand was more of a real ice cream texture, with hint of lemon taste which I’ll order again when my diet is over! 😂

Preserved Duck Egg with Szechuan Chili Oil (N) 1900/- (better to be shared to get the experience  Well it’s better than a century egg! But I could not eat more 3 slices of the egg.  >The center was way too creamy in a very unfamiliar way.  > the egg white is firm, like jelly but had a taste later that kind of didn’t sit right > but as the flavor sets in it has this weird aftertaste, like your whole touch is tingling and has a slight butte taste and you can’t taste any other food. Later.  I would say just have 2 slices of your feeling adventurous but that’s where I would stop.  Wonton Chicken Soup (S) 1300/-  This was good, so I love the prawn wontons which was thinly made. It wasn’t to Kiki and the broth was perfectly flavored even had Goji berries berries Yum.  Sweet-and-sour chicken 1600/-  The glossy orange look of then stew seems appealing for few.  The tartness of the pineapple made dish a good choice  Crab fried rice 1900...
