    Mutton biriyani LKR 1800 (MUST TRY)  —————————————  MY POV  It was take away so I didn’t expect much of a look,  But the taste of it was phenomenal for me!  The rice was perfectly infused with the flavor, and smelled gorgeous. It was so melt on the mouth, and the onion salad was pretty basic and the gravy, was creamy and amplified the rice.  . . . . FUN FACT  . . . #reviewgalore2020#reviews# lkblogger  

📍Onegalleface - food court  👉Bamboo boy  Chicken pho LKR 2600/-  👉China express  Seafood hotpot LKR 3000/- —————————————   🙋‍♀️ MY POV  4⭐️Chicken pho LKR 2900 Poached chicken breast with the clean broth, this was as I didn’t taste any additional flavor enhancers, plenty of lime was provided to enhance the taste, string noodles and a bok choy for deco with jalapeños  And in another plate they presented two type of sauces, herbs (mint & basil) and bean sprouts and more jalapeño & lime  Hoisin is the dark red/brown sauce (looks like marmite / rihaakuru) has a deep flavor and ends with a sweet note ( Loved this) Sriracha is he bright sauce (Tabasco) is more spicy and has a instant sourness ..  You can eat this in different ways  1) add all and make a red soup!  2) to get the flavors take the noodle out so it’s dry and add each type of sauce and eat with the ingredients  3) take the noodle out and all the sauces and eat and drink the broth separate.  Mine was 2! What’s yours ?

It don't taste raw so its recommended for beginners    4 ️ Seafood ramen LKR 4200 This has an  aggressively fishy blast of umami and depth to ramen. filled with grilled seafood such as prawns, cubes of cuttlefish and boiled egg. a perfect meal in a bowl and quite filling  5 ️ Kaisen bowl LKR 6300  (IT'S RAW)  This is a new item we tried,  Tuna, salmon,  moda,  dashimaki,  squid,  tobiko and nori on a bed of rice  (this is enough for 1 person only as the rice is minimal.  my fav in order    SALMON -

    3.5⭐️Delifrance Hot Chocolate - LKR 620   A subtle but frothy hot chocolate, nothing exceptional but worth a reorder if your not in to the thickness  🍕 Tandoori Pizza (LKR 1500):  Crispy as a biscuit and loaded with toppings, the tandoori pizza was a delightful fusion of homemade comfort and professional craftsmanship. The initial sharp spice mellowed out after a few bites, and the accompanying ice tea was a welcome companion for the spice.  🥧 Mutton Pie (LKR 550):   I must confess that the Mutton Pie didn't quite align with my taste preferences. Regrettably, it didn't manage to capture my favor, and I say this with a hint of disappointment. The mutton filling, though promisingly fragrant, leaned towards dryness, and unfortunately, the pastry mirrored this lack of moisture.
