Amma Nissa, 10 % service charge

4⭐️ Amma's Chicken Curry LKR 2250 A departure from the usual red curry, this leaned towards a creamy white consistency. Infused with the freshness of coriander, it offered a delightful taste with a moderate spice level (🌶️). 5🤩 Red Lentil Dhal with Ghee "Thalichi" LKR 600 A tale for another time adds flavor to this dhal. Cooked until the gravy evaporates, it's then adorned with ghee, mustard seeds, onion, and red chilies. An aromatic delight that's hard to miss.   4⭐️ Hand-Tossed Paratha LKR 200 each A crispy treat at LKR 200 each – a worthy indulgence. 5⭐️ Egg Roti LKR 300 Crunchy and delicious, though it might not suit everyone's taste. FUN FACT!  Funny Story Alert! During an outing with Kerala friends, the waiter deemed "Thalichi" a stylish English term. Native speakers puzzled, prompting the waiter to elaborate until realization struck, leading to a hearty correction. 😅😅😅 Poor fellow! 3.5🌟Hand tossed paratha LKR 250 Top has a nice golde

Sapphire shangrila lobby

Per person with taxes 6500/-  . The presentation was unique as the food items were served in a carafe style. One noticeable issue was the lack of savory items in the selection. The high tea began with a delightful array of desserts. These treats were elegantly crafted, with a feminine touch and a predominant pink theme, offering a nice balance of flavors. Moving on to the second tray, it featured creamy and savory items, but there were only four options, including a creamy doughnut, a sushi roll, another bread roll, and half a deviled egg. The third tray surprised with a burger and a pancake that was stuffed with soy sauce-infused mushrooms. I must clarify that I'm describing the taste, not necessarily the actual filling. The fourth tray included a hopper with seeni sambol, which had a good and spicy kick to it. The final tray consisted of scones with raspberry jam, but disappointingly, there was no clotted cream provided, which was a letdown.     Ice coffee too was not sweet j

@thebeachpark review in port city  3⭐️Bruschetta Pomodoro (LKR 1200): A baguette toasted with garlic butter, ripe tomatoes, fragrant basil, and that hint of savory  4⭐️ BBQ Chicken Platter (LKR 4000): Description: Ideal for sharing among 2 to 3 diners. Contents: This generous platter boasted slightly spicy kebabs, a portion of perfectly cooked fries that were hard to resist, and even a playful touch with prawn crackers. Grilled chicken breast pieces and succulent sausages paired with garlic butter added a unique twist.

Sub dine colombo 4

@subdinerestaurant review  🌟🌟🌟 3.5  I tried their Tandoori Burger and Smokey Burger, both priced at LKR 1100 each. Here's the breakdown: (Buy1 get 1free)  👍 Plus Points: - Soft burger buns that melt in your mouth. - The sauce, flavorful. - Each burger came with a slice of tomato, a salad leaf, and onions for that extra freshness. 👎 Minus: Both burgers had the same components, with only a slight difference in taste and color. However, the biggest disappointment was the absence of a burger patty; instead, there were only bits of cooked chicken, as shown in the picture. Overall, a decent experience, but I was left craving a proper burger patty. 🍔🤔  . . . #subdine#reviewbylk#buger#affordable

English cake company

4⭐️Lemon blueberry loaf LKR 580  It had passion drizzled! What a tropical Vibe that was!  First bite was pretty soft and milky dense like a pound cake definitely a sweeter loaf, drizzle with lemon, passion and blueberry glaze sets the tone for the tartness just like the name calls for it.  4⭐️Caramel peanut brittle cake 880 Rich dark chocolate, it had a after taste of baking soda, meagerly sweet.  The hint of caramel & peanut, the brittle gave a slight texture.

Dindigul thalapakatti restaurant

3Chicken biriyani LKR 1400 Comes with Onion salad & a rasam type gravy, I didn't fancy this biriyani as for me the chicken didn't absorb the flavors as much as the rice, and the gravy didn't compliment the rice. even the onion sambol didn't sit right  FUN FACT   It has a very nice flavor that is so different from all the other biriyani. Seeraga Samba biriyani has to be the pride of Tamilnadu. Seeraga samba is a very aromatic rice. The grain of the rice is very tiny and it gets its name for its resemblance to Cumin seeds, also called as Seeragam/Jeera in Tamil.
