Well since this is Ramadan month, most people were busy with opening and serving for the people who were fasting so we just looked for a less crowded place where we can sit and eat, and also where they grouped meat!
So we can to this place called “Marsha allah “ I guess it means bless you
We orders a 4🌟pot biryani LKR 1600/- which came with leg of a chicken and a egg. from the pot into a sawan.
The biryani it self was mild, but the condiments were pretty good, they served fried onions without Sprats .. it was very nice, crunchy onion raitha and sweet kind of a Malay Pickle (the sweetness comes from dates)
we asked for extra gravy and we got this runny thing
We got a 4🌟grilled meat LKR 600/- too which was well marinated so the entire meat was soaked in the flavor.
Two people whacked the whole thing, without realizing how hungry we were, they gave the pot for to take away too!
To cool off we tried a 3🌟badam milk LKR 250 I assumed it will be hot but it was ice, and they added that much syrup to get the color and added the ice and milk, then the crushed badam, (almonds) with kasakasa.
If it were not for hygiene factor.. I’ll give it 5🌟
Eat & drink at your own risk!
